What we collect
- Name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, address and mobile number
- National ID number and images (front and back)
- Your photograph and signature
- Nominee details and documents
- Bank account details and deposit slip
Why we collect it
- To verify your identity as a shareholder
- To issue shares, a member number and a certificate
- To keep statutory and accounting records
- To process dividends and share refunds
Who can see it
- Only authorised office staff and the Board
- Documents are held in private storage and viewed through time-limited links
- Every access is logged
How long we keep it
- Approved shareholders’ records are retained as the law requires
- Documents from rejected or abandoned applications are deleted after the retention period
- Your data is never sold or shared for marketing
