How much does it cost to become a shareholder?
A minimum of ৳10,000, which equals one share. Larger investments must be in whole multiples of ৳10,000.
How do I pay?
The full amount is deposited into the company’s official bank account, and the deposit slip is uploaded with your application. Cash is accepted at the office only.
When do I get my share number?
Your serial numbers are reserved once verification completes, and you are notified by SMS. Any number shown before that is provisional — first verified, first served.
Is the monthly purchase mandatory?
Approximately ৳10,000 of purchases each month is expected, to sustain trade and stable sales. You state the amount yourself in the declaration.
Can I withdraw my investment?
Yes. Written notice to the Board at least one month in advance, then Accounts clearance, and the balance is refunded subject to approval. See the terms page for the full rulebook.
Is my data safe?
Your NID, photograph and signature are held in private storage, viewable only by authorised officers for a limited time. See the privacy policy for details.
